WHEN/HOW DO I RSVP?
You can RSVP here on our website on the home page. Please send us your acceptances or regrets by July 15th
CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
Your invitation will specify if you have a plus-one that you can bring. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us
CAN I BRING MY KIDS?
While we adore children, due to space restrictions we cannot accommodate guests under the age of 12 for the ceremony or the reception. Thank you in advance for understanding
WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY RSVP?
Please reach out to the bride or groom directly to let us know if your plans change
WHERE SHOULD I STAY
We’ve reserved a room block at The Goodwin Hotel. More details are on the Accommodations page of this site
IS THERE TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED?
No transportation will be provided from Goodwin Hotel to the wedding venue or back to the Goodwin after the reception. The venue also has plenty of parking so of course feel free to drive yourself or take an Uber/Lyft if you'd like to
ARE THERE ANY OTHER NEARBY HOTELS OR AIRBNB OPTIONS?
There are plenty of places to stay in Hartford and around Middletown, CT. We've provided a few hotel suggestions on the Accommodations page

WHEN SHOULD I GET THERE?
The ceremony will begin at 4pm, so we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to find your seat and settle in
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
The dress code is black tie preferred. Please refer to the Attire page for more details on what to wear
CAN I TAKE PHOTOGRAPHS DURING THE CEREMONY?
We kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience.
MOST IMPORTANTLY, WHEN DO WE EAT?
Dinner will start around 5:30, after cocktail hour
WHAT IF MY PLUS ONE AND/OR I HAVE A DIETARY RESTRICTION?
Please include any dietary restrictions or food allergies when you RSVP so we can be sure to accommodate you. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to the bride or groom directly
WILL ALCOHOL BE SERVED?
Yes, there will be an open bar with beer, wine, liquor and signature cocktails/mocktails
